An Introduction to the Yoga Sutras and Yoga Philosophy

In this short introduction to Yoga philosophy we will get an introduction to the fundamentals of Yoga Philosophy, as enumerated in the two main Pramanas (authoritative scriptures) of Yoga - the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita . We will study some of the important sutras and shlokas and chant them in the traditional meters. It will be an interactive presentation. The slides will be sent to the participants in advance.
This will be especially useful for Yoga teachers as well as for those curious about the yoga philosophy
